Battle to win the Nexus Cup on November 5th. The competition starts at Noon and will consist of 3 games. Teams may consist of any Second Season Teams including Teams of Legends and those added by SPIKE! Magazine. We will be playing by Exhibition rules and limiting inducements to those found in The Official Rules book. The only exception to this rule is that all official Star Players may be induced. Gold available to coaches will be limited to 1,150,000 gold pieces for drafting. A Fourth and final game will take place against the top two teams.

What is Blood Bowl?
A long time ago, an Orc warrior fell into an ancient underground temple when its roof collapsed. This temple was filled with suits of armor, helmets, strange symbols and religious mosaics. In the center of this temple a giant book was discovered. This book was taken in battle by the Dwarves who studied the ancient religious text dedicated to a new god named "Nuffle".
This religious text described a formalized form of war used to settle conflict, including how many warriors were allowed to participate, the objective by which the victors are determined, and even the size of the battlefield!
The Dwarves used these sacred rules of battle to settle a conflict, and word spread throughout the world with armies adopting these sacred traditions themselves. Before long, the sport of Blood Bowl was born, overseen by the holy church of Nuffle.
Blood Bowl is played by a huge variety of different teams, each with their own preferred style, player positions, strengths, and weaknesses.
Your job as coach is to hire the best raw talent and craft them into champions. Before you begin this process, however, it's best to learn the basics of the pitch, teams, and rules of the game.
